Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Terms

We strive to provide the best travel experience for our clients, and we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking your trip.

2. Flight Refunds

No refunds will be issued for flights once booked. Flights are non-refundable.

3. Trip Refunds

75% Refund: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled departure will receive a 75% refund of the trip cost (excluding flights).

50% Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the trip cost (excluding flights).

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of departure.

4. Package Transfers

Packages can be transferred to another person, except for the flight portion of the booking. Flight costs are non-transferable and will remain under the original traveler’s name.

Transfers can only be done once and only by the original package owner.

Packages are not to be resold under any circumstances.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on the website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Credit Balance

If you are unable to attend the trip due to personal medical reasons, you may apply for a credit balance, which can be added to your account for future travel. Proof of medical circumstances (such as a doctor’s note) is required.

Credit balances do not include flights.

Credit balances remain available for 2 years from the date of issue and can only be applied to bookings for parties of 10 or more travelers.

Credit balance can only be applied to a new trip once.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is available, starting at $160 per person and can be added to any package. This insurance offers additional protection for unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that travel insurance is not included with any of our packages and must be purchased separately.

8. Force Majeure Clause

In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or border closures that prevent travel, you may be eligible for a travel credit or rebooking options. Documentation is required, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure events and recommend purchasing travel insurance.

9. Change Fees

For any changes made within 30 days of the departure date, a change fee of $50 will be applied per person. This fee covers administrative and logistical costs for rearranging the trip. All changes are subject to availability and approval.

10. Important Travel Information

It is the traveler’s responsibility to check the latest travel requirements, including but not limited to visa, passport, vaccination, and entry regulations for your destination country. We recommend visiting the official websites of the destination countries and keeping track of any changes.

We are not responsible if travel requirements are not met, including issues related to passports, visas, vaccinations, or any other necessary documentation.

11. Refund Processing Time

All refunds will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation date.
